Extended Range, Reliable Performance
Matrice 400 offers enhanced flight capabilities, with up to 59 minutes of forward flight time, even with instruments, and up to 53 minutes of hover time. With an IP55 protection rating, it can operate in challenging environments and extreme temperatures from −20 °C to 50 °C.
Power Line-Level Collision Avoidance System
Matrice 400 can avoid buildings and mountains while flying at speeds of up to 25 m/s. Equipped with LiDAR, millimeter-wave radar, and full-color fisheye low-light vision sensors, it can also avoid smaller objects such as high-voltage power lines in mountainous areas at night. It can also fly stably near wind turbine blades and return safely using the fusion positioning system, even if the return point hasn’t been updated.
Robust Video Transmission
The Matrice 400 can achieve image transmission up to 40 km thanks to enhanced O4 Enterprise video transmission. Meanwhile, the integrated video relay module can significantly expand the operating range in severely obstructed environments.
Ultra-Intelligent and Ultra-Efficient Automated Operations
The Matrice 400 ensures more efficient and automated operations thanks to new intelligent features, such as intelligent detection and intelligent AR (Augmented Reality) projection. For example, Power Line AR can recreate an obstacle on the remote control screen upon detection.
Allows for mounting multiple instruments for various scenarios.
The four external E-Port V2 ports on the Matrice 400 allow for mounting up to seven instruments simultaneously, with a maximum payload capacity of 6 kg. It supports seamless switching between one and two lower stabilizers, and also features a third connector for use as a stabilizer. DJI and third-party instruments are compatible, including the Zenmuse H30, L2, P1, S1, V1, and Manifold 3 series.

Users must opt in before sharing photos or videos with DJI, and users in the United States can no longer sync flight logs with DJI servers.
