Micansense RedEdge P DUAL

Micasense RedEdge P Dual is the result of integrating two five-band cameras, RedEdge-P and RedEdge-P Blue. This solution enables more advanced applications in remote sensing and vegetation research.

RedEdge P Dual It combines the well-known and proven RedEdge-P camera with the new RedEdge-P Blue camera.

RedEdge-P Blue

Two sensors and 10 bands for enhanced data capture. The RedEdge-P Blue high-resolution RGB multispectral sensor for drones enables you to perform plant classification, weed identification, environmental research and conservation, and vegetation water level analysis. The dual solution includes the RedEdge-P camera and the new RedEdge-P Blue camera with a blue spectrum.

This solution offers a continuous way to capture not only standard spectral bands but also a spatial resolution that puts it a step ahead. With a high-resolution panchromatic camera, RedEdge-P enables higher-resolution RGB and multispectral outputs—2 cm resolution when flying at 60 m.

With the RedEdge-P high-resolution panchromatic camera, you can achieve improved resolutions from 2 cm to 60 m. This allows you to detect even minor problems early, enabling you to make informed decisions.

RedEdge-P is compatible with a wide range of aircraft, from large fixed-wings to small multirotors. Flight planning and data processing can be done with industry-standard tools. Furthermore, the camera has an IP4X rating for dust and splash resistance, making the sensor a rugged tool for outdoor use.
