DJI Enterprise provides an aircraft lifetime maintenance program, so you can fly more safely and your aircraft performs at its best at all times.
Based on the total flight time selected/time elapsed since activation, we recommend you choose the following maintenance service:
Basic Service: 6 months / 150 flight hours
We recommend choosing the Basic Service to have your aircraft thoroughly inspected, updated, calibrated, and cleaned. The Basic Service can help reduce the impact of the operating environment on your aircraft and thus prevent unnecessary losses.
Standard Service: 12 months / 300 flight hours
We recommend choosing the Standard Service so your aircraft is thoroughly inspected, updated, calibrated, and cleaned before the flight time or time since activation reaches the selected value. We will also replace some wear parts to ensure your aircraft maintains optimal flight performance.
Premium Service: 36 months / 900 flight hours
We recommend choosing the Premium Service so your aircraft is thoroughly inspected, updated, calibrated, and cleaned before the flight time or time since activation reaches the selected value. We will replace major components and some frequently worn parts to ensure the robustness of your aircraft’s propulsion system.
Deep cleaning
Environments with sand, dust, and humidity are unavoidable when using your aircraft. Some parts will wear out, and the metal ones may corrode more quickly. We will thoroughly clean your aircraft to reduce the impact of sand and dust, and apply anti-rust oil to key metal parts to minimize the impact of moisture.
