- If you are purchasing DJI Care Refresh separately for a DJI product you purchased in advance, DJI Care Refresh will automatically activate within the next 24 hours. Your copy of the Terms of Service will be emailed to you.
- DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased in the same country/region. DJI Care Refresh only covers aircraft purchased through official or authorized channels, and their benefits are only applicable in the region in which they were purchased.
- When you ask for a replacement, you’ll receive a new or equivalent drive to new in performance and reliability.
